This is a photo of the children of Daniel & Indiana Territroy Parker Spencer, the founders of Spencer's Mill in Dickson County. Man sitting is oldest son, Samuel. Woman sitting far right Mary Spencer Lanfkford (wife of Arter Lankford) Man standing center Hiram. Man standing right Abraham.

Hiram & Abe served in Baxter's Battery CSA. Samuel stayed home to operate the Mill during the war & was a Dickson County Confederate Home Guard.
